Free Shipping to Manitoba Customers

We are proud to be a Manitoba company and to show our appreciation to our local customers we will provide FREE SHIPPING on orders that are shipped to a Manitoba address. The only restriction we have is that the order value before tax needs to be at least $50. During checkout you will see an option for free shipping.

General Shipping

Most orders will be shipped out within 3 to 4 business days. If there is a lead time that pertains to a certain product it will be listed on the product page. If there are any parts on backorder you should be notified when attempting to check out, if this fails to occur and the delay will be longer than a few days you will be notified by email. If you have special shipping requests please contact us before placing your order. The shipping carrier for our shipments is Canada Post. You will get automatic updates by email from the Reactive Lighting online store as your order is processed. You can also log into the store with your username to check the status of current and past orders.

Shipping Times

Canadian Orders should arrive in between 3 to 5 business days once shipped. We are located in Manitoba therefore the east and west coasts will have the longest delivery times.

USA Orders should arrive in between 4 to 7 business days once shipped. We are located in Manitoba which is central Canada. Therefore lower states will have the longest delivery times.

International Shipping varies greatly depending on Country, an estimate for large international locations is between 3 to 6 weeks.
